Join us for Tasting Tuesdays with Mezcal Mal Bien. Mal Bien specializes in small batch, single site mezcals produced by small independent farmers. This producer really highlights a sense of terroir more commonly associated with wine grapes, showing how a particular terrain and climate can affect a mezcal’s production.

TASTING TUESDAYS: Ten Mile DISTILLERY
Join us this Tuesday, April 28 for Tasting Tuesdays with Tenmile Distillery. Tenmile is a newcomer to the New York State whiskey scene, specializing in single malt whiskey.
Tenmile takes farm to bottle very seriously, with all of their raw ingredients coming from Duchess and Columbia counties.
Located in Wassaic NY, this distillery is just a quick train ride from the city, based out of a repurposed dairy farm. They’re using state of the art equipment to make classic scotch-style whiskey.
We’ll have complimentary tastes, a specialty cocktail, and food to pair - all at Foolproof Whiskey Bar, Tuesday April 28 6pm-8pm.

The focus is on intention and place rather than mass production, with whiskey shaped locally and finished just a few miles away from us. This tasting is a chance to drink something that’s not just made for Brooklyn, but made in it.

Join us for Tasting Tuesdays, this time: centered on Calumet Farm Distillery, a producer known for its rare commitment to deeply aged Kentucky bourbon. While much of the industry prioritizes speed and consistency, Calumet focuses on patience… allowing whiskey to mature well beyond what’s typical before it ever reaches a bottle.
The result is bourbon shaped by time and restraint, with an emphasis on balance rather than trend-chasing. This tasting is less about hype and more about exploring what extended aging can do when handled with care.
