You’ll explore five distinctive Mal Bien mezcals, each expertly paired with a world-class cheese selection by our guest host — a mezcal specialist and acclaimed cheesemonger who can break down why certain agave notes harmonize perfectly with specific textures and styles of cheese.
Expect deep dives into agave varietals, regional styles, production techniques, and the surprising chemistry behind killer pairings. And yes… there will be a fun surprise worked into the experience.
